Selina Wall

Selina Wall is Managing Director at Exemplar Health Care. She leads the commissioning and operational teams. 

Selina has over 30 years working in the social care sector, starting her career with an apprenticeship-style scheme before training as a Learning Disability Nurse.

Prior to joining Exemplar Health Care, she worked in a number of director-level roles in children’s services and adult specialist care, and won an award with Wiltshire Constabulary in 2017 for her efforts in supporting one of their clients.

Selina leads the Commissioning Team and Core Operations Team at Exemplar Health Care, spanning both our core homes and the acquisition and development of new care homes.

She acts as the Nominated Individual with CQC and holds the Authorising Officer role with the Home Office for Sponsorship.

Selina is a passionate advocate of the Exemplar Health Care values, and they form a key part of her management style, especially ‘Fun’.
