Steve Melton is the CEO of Exemplar Health Care and oversees the company’s strategy, quality management and business excellence. Steve has made it Exemplar Health Care’s mission to make every day better for our residents and colleagues.
Graham Rich
Dr Graham Rich is the Chair of Exemplar Health Care and chairs the Board of Directors which oversees the company’s quality and performance. He works closely with Steve Melton, the Chief Executive, to support the Senior Leadership Team.
Susan Marshall
Susan Marshall is a Non-Executive Director with Exemplar Health Care. She supports the Executive Team in making decisions that ensure the delivery of excellent care and services for the people we support.
Paul Moore
Paul Moore is the Clinical Director at Exemplar Health Care, managing our clinical functions to ensure the highest standards of care for the people we support.
Selina Wall
Selina Wall is Managing Director at Exemplar Health Care. She leads the commissioning and operational teams.
Elizabeth Pancott
Elizabeth is Legal Director at Exemplar Health Care. She acts as the Company Secretary and Senior Information Risk Owner, and advises colleagues on all legal matters including the acquisition and construction of new care homes, information governance, safeguarding and regulatory matters.
Matthew Blain
Matthew Blain is the HR Director at Exemplar Health Care. He oversees the HR function which is responsible for recruitment, selection, talent management, organisational development, health and wellbeing.
Rachel Calladine
Rachel Calladine is Business Development Director at Exemplar Health Care. She builds and maintains positive relationships with a variety of external stakeholders such as Integrated Commissioning Boards, local authorities and NHS Trusts.
Angus Blyth
Angus Blyth is Chief Finance Officer at Exemplar Health Care. He provides financial and commercial leadership across the company.
Robert Giles
Robert Giles is Property and Developments Director at Exemplar Health Care. He oversees the property function which is responsible for delivering a holistic property service including maintenance, small works, compliance, major developments and portfolio management.
