We’re proud to offer a range of initiatives and tools to support colleague health and wellbeing.

24/7 advice and counselling via our Employee Assistance Programme

Through our award-winning Employee Assistance Programme with Health Assured, you can get free confidential advice and counselling on a wide range of work and personal issues. 

Advisors and Counsellors are available 24/7 over the phone for immediate support on financial, legal and medical issues including: 

  • anxiety, depression and stress

  • bereavement

  • family, marital and relationship issues

  • finances and budgeting

  • health, lifestyle and general wellbeing

  • legal advice

  • work related issues including bullying, harassment and stress. 

You can also access up to six one-to-one counselling sessions per issue, per year, for yourself or a dependent aged 16-24, partner or spouse. 

 

Online advice, tools and videos 

From simple lifestyle changes to advice on some of life's most common concerns, our online wellbeing centre gives you access to advice and tools around the topics of mind, money, move and munch, including:

  • online fitness videos

  • mindfulness audios and tips to reduce stress, increase productivity and help you sleep better

  • money tools including a budget planner, loan calculator, mortgage affordability tool and pensions calculator

  • recipe library provided by Hello Fresh. 

Through our partnership with Health Assured, you can also access:

  • interactive health assessment providing personal tailor-made dietary tips and fitness plans

  • fitness and lifestyle advice such as detoxing methods

  • four week self-help programmes

  • mini health checks. 

Take the stress out of money management

Through our partnership with Wagestream, you can access some of the money you earn through working overtime before payday, as well as a range of tools to help you better manage and make the most of your money.

On their handy app, you can: 

  • track your earnings and spending in one place

  • build a rainy day pot to reduce financial stress and reward yourself in the future

  • use a benefits checker to calculate what government support you could be missing out on

  • chat to a financial coach to get expert guidance about your money.
