Exemplar Health Care submits planning application for new home in Chesterfield

Exemplar Health Care is one of the country’s leading nursing care providers for adults living with complex needs. We're pleased to announce that we've put in a planning application to build a new care home in the Hasland area of Chesterfield.
Our proposed home will support adults who need nursing or dementia care following a brain injury, spinal cord injury or stroke, or are living with dementia, a complex physical disability or mental health condition. The people we support would often be in a hospital or higher acuity setting if not placed with us. Our care enables them to stay in the community and reduces hospital admission.
We’ve worked closely with health and social care authorities in the area, and hope to bring this one-of-a-kind facility to Chesterfield to enable local people who have suffered an accident, or are living with complex needs, to receive the care that they need close to their homes and loved ones.
Plans for the home
We’re working with reputable pre-application Planning Advisors and Architects to ensure that the design of the building is in keeping with the local area, whilst also meeting the needs of the residents who will live in the home.
