To celebrate World Photography Day, we invited the people we support and colleagues to submit photographs which capture the theme of 'Summer at Exemplar Health Care.'
It was up to our North East Service User Council members to cast their votes for the winner during their recent face-to-face meeting.
The competition was very close but we’re very excited to share the winners, who just so happen to celebrate World Animal Day too.
Winner - 'Hard at work'

‘Hard at work’ shows just another paw-fect day at the office for Buddy, the keeper of treats and smiles, always ready to lend a paw!
Second place - 'It’s a therapy dog’s life'
Bob from Hylton Grange
‘It’s a Therapy Dog’s Life’ features Bob the therapy dog basking in the sunshine at Hylton Grange.
It beautifully highlights how serene and welcoming the garden is - perfect for relaxation and companionship.
Third place - 'Fun at the farm'
Marmaduke
‘Fun at the farm’ shows a sunny day at the farm, where even the donkey showed off a big smile! The group shared: “It was such a heartwarming moment and made us giggle!”
After the voting was complete, the council enjoyed reminiscing about summer and shared stories with each other.
