Exemplar Health Care colleagues win big in our festive ‘In it to win it’ competition

At Exemplar Health Care, we’re always looking for new ways to celebrate and thank our colleagues for their hard work and commitment - and our ‘In It to win It’ competition is a festive highlight.

This special initiative is all about showing our appreciation for those who make the festive season extra special for the people we support.

For every shift worked over the Christmas period, all permanent care home-based colleagues are entered into a random prize draw for a share of over £8,800, with extra entries for shifts worked on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

But that’s not all! One lucky colleague from each home is picked at random to win a £100 prize – an extra way to say thank you.

We’re excited to announce the grand prize winners of this year’s festive ‘In it to win it’ competition.

• First prize, £2,000: Naveen Syamala from Cheshire Springs care home in Ellesmere Port

• Second prize, £1,000: Lee Stanton from Kavanagh Place care home in Kirkdale

• Third prize, £500: Tammi Robinson from Greenside Court care home in Greasbrough
