Kavanagh Place has 40 bedrooms, each with an en-suite, across four units.
With this small group living, we’re able to provide a homely and supportive environment that’s more responsive to individual needs.
The home has communal dining and living spaces, an activities hub, a therapy room and a large accessible garden.
Each unit has a sensory bathroom designed to provide a calming and relaxing experience, with a variety of accessible baths and showers for a range of mobility and sensory needs.

Strawberry Fields Unit
Strawberry Fields Unit supports up to ten adults living with complex dementia. The team is trained to support those who display behaviours of concern.
Matthew Street Unit
Matthew Street Unit supports up to ten adults who are living with the later stages of Huntington’s disease and those with complex mental health needs.
Penny Lane Unit
Penny Lane Unit supports up to ten adults living with complex physical and mental health needs.
Abbey Road Unit
Abbey Road Unit supports up to ten adults living with complex mental health needs. The unit is exclusively for people who were assigned male at birth.
