A supportive learning environment

Unlike traditional academic routes, our apprentices benefit from a supportive network of experienced colleagues who provide guidance on a daily basis. We believe in learning from each other, creating a collaborative environment where sharing knowledge is encouraged and valued.

All our apprenticeships are delivered in partnership with Lifetime, an award winning training provider. They work with our in house Learning and Development Team to deliver a high quality learning experience. 

Earn while you learn

Apprentices at Exemplar Health Care hold a real job within our homes. Your salary will be the same as anyone in your chosen role and we’ll pay the fees for your apprenticeship, so your learning is debt-free.

We understand the importance of financial stability, which is why our apprenticeships offer a competitive salary. Jess, our Activities Coordinator shared:
