We’re excited to announce the launch of The Exemplar Express - a brand new newsletter created by our residents, for our residents.
Led by our Service User Ambassadors, this project was co-produced with support from the Marketing Team, ensuring that every story, photo, and feature reflects residents’ voices, creativity, and achievements.
What’s inside the first edition
The first issue of The Exemplar Express is packed with uplifting stories and exciting updates, including:
- summer highlights from across our homes
- behind-the-scenes updates from our Service User Ambassadors
- news from the Service User Council, showcasing recent projects and initiatives.
The Exemplar Express celebrates the people who make our homes so special. It shines a spotlight on our ambassadors, shares their achievements, and gives residents a platform to express their ideas, creativity, and hard work.
Co-produced with the Service User Council
The Service User Council took the lead at every stage - from deciding which stories to feature and submitting articles and photos, to shaping the overall design and layout of the newsletter.
During a recent workshop, council members shared their ideas on accessibility, style, and content, helping to create a publication that feels personal, inclusive, and engaging for everyone.
The Exemplar Express celebrates the people who make our homes special. It shines a spotlight on our ambassadors’ achievements, creativity, and teamwork - giving residents a platform to share their own stories and experiences in their own words.
