Complex care at St Andrew's Court

As a specialist care home, St Andrew's Court has an excellent track record of supporting adults whose placements have previously failed. Our high staffing levels allow us to build trust and work at the pace of the individual, which leads to improved person-centred and longer-term outcomes.

Many of the people we support at St Andrew's Court are deemed to display behaviours that are ‘too complex’ for mainstream nursing and care providers.

For many of our service users, we’re successful in achieving a significant reduction in behaviours of concern and use of observations within 12 weeks of stay.

About our care

Overwhelmed by every member of staff’s care and provision for my relative. This same dignity and respect was also given to myself. Nothing too much bother. Fabulous facilities. The confidence and comfort knowing my relative was under St Andrew’s Court’s care was so reassuring. A triumph to the care system.
