Brook View, our second Liverpool care home, is now officially open

We’re pleased to announce that Wednesday this week, Exemplar Health Care officially opened Brook View, our newest care home in Liverpool.

The ribbon was cut by Liverpool Lord Mayor Anna Rothery, alongside Brook View’s Commissioning Home Director Paul Bradford, senior Exemplar executives, service users, commissioners and team members. A number of health and social care professionals and relatives of potential service users were given a tour of the home by several representatives from Exemplar Health Care.

Brook View is nestled in a leafy corner of the Aintree Hospital site. It provides specialist nursing care for 32 adults, including those living with complex needs such as neuro disability, physical disabilities and long-term mental health conditions.

Paul Bradford, Brook View’s Commissioning Home Director said: “We are delighted with the tremendously positive response to the launch of Brook View and I am very much looking forward to working with my excellent team and being part of the Fazakerley community. We’re really proud of how we have transformed this care home which will provide a special home from home for our residents.”

Lord Mayor of Liverpool, Anna Rothery, said: “I’m so proud to mark the official opening of this fantastic home. It’s been lovely to meet Paul and the team at Brook View, many of whom are local to the area, and I know this will make a wonderful home for the people who reside here. I’d like to congratulate Exemplar on their impressive transformation of this home, it’s clear the team have really worked hard to make Brook View such a homely place to live for those in their care”.
