Amazing opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a supportive and experienced team as our Purchase Ledger Team Member

Exemplar are a leading provider of Health Care in the UK and we are rapidly growing. As we grow we need to grow our support team and this role is a newly created addition to an already high performing purchase ledger department.

We need a Purchase Ledger Team Member who enjoys helping people and liaising with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis with the enthusiasm to embrace a wide variety of challenges.

 

Your key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Processing Supplier Invoices
  • Ensuring purchase ledger process is adhered to
  • Processing pretty cash claims for the Homes
  • Supporting the timely payment of all suppliers
  • Processing payments on the bank ready for approval
  • Send supplier remittances to suppliers
  • Creation of new supplier accounts
  • Supporting the business to ensure CAPEX spend approval process is adhered to
  • Carry out Ad-Hoc finance team tasks as required
