Leadership Development Specialist
Department: Learning and Development
Location: Yorkshire with multi-site travel
Salary: £43000 per annum plus £3000 car allowance
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading Private Health Care provider, where you will play a pivotal role in helping develop the Leadership Development agenda, support cultural change and contribute to the successful growth plans of the business.
You will have responsibility for leading on all of the Talent and Leadership programmes, managing the development and roll out of development plans, and delivering a Coaching and Mentoring Strategy.
You will also promote and role model excellent leadership standards whilst displaying the company values at all times.
