About the Role

The HR Administrator and Analyst will sit within the broader HR department, with direct accountability to the HR Manager. Building on strong foundations already in place the post holder will work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure maximum efficiency for our HR function.

About You

This role will be assisting a multi-disciplined team supporting with administration and analytical skills for our services. This is a perfect opportunity for an individual who is looking to break into the HR field and provides great exposure to various HR fundamental processes. It would ideally suit someone who has at least 2 years of administration experience.   A CIPD level three qualification is desirable as it requires you to hit the ground running, lending support to the HR function where accuracy and efficiency are essential. You will have excellent knowledge of general office practices and procedures, along with excellent verbal, written and numeracy skills. You will be organised and be able to manage time and prioritise your workload effectively. Due to the nature of the role, it may be necessary to work outside of normal working hours or carry out additional duties which may also provide additional opportunities for exposure, leading to your further development.


• Developing and maintaining a variety of data information, utilising electronic systems and data sources.

• Undertake data analysis and manipulation to produce statistical information.

• Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports which are suitable for a range of audiences.

• Maintain knowledge of relevant policies and procedures to undertake departmental work

• Undertake and coordinate project work

• Assist with the coordination of resources to ensure completion of work within tight timescales

• Administer the company benefits platforms and packages.

• Provide advice and guidance in relation to HR services.

• Liaise, negotiate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as required to ensure the effective delivery of the service.

• Administer the monthly colleague checks including maintaining the pre-employment checks for Central colleagues.
