About the Role

As Head of  Learning and Development (Head of Academy) you will be pivotal to the growth plan at Exemplar and responsible for overseeing the learning and development journey for both current and new employees here at Exemplar. You will be responsible for creating a learning academy along with your learning and development team where current employee will have access to future development and upskilling to include Leadership and Management programmes, mandatory training and being central to the smooth running of our induction program. Key focuses for the role are to develop and promote our own staff internally and to ensure we have the best pool of candidates in the sector to promote the current and future needs of the business. Your team will consist of roughly 12 members of the learning and development team and although Ferham House will be your base travel to the homes will be required and leading the team from the front, rolling up your sleeves when required and really making an impact in the role.
