Rate: Up to £40,000 per annum

We are a rapidly expanding healthcare company with our support services based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Our mission at Exemplar is to make every day better for the people who live and work in our homes. Our community-based homes and OneCare services provide person-centred care and rehabilitation that focuses on maximizing independence, building everyday living skills and empowering people to live as fulfilled lives as possible. We currently have 36 Care Homes and have an exciting growth plan to open 8 more by the end of the financial year, with further plans for growth over the next 5 years. 

We are looking for a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast paced environment to support the Chief Executive Officer and Executive team. As Executive Assistant you will be required to support the business in delivering its strategic goals to provide excellent essential services to our clients.  You must understand discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.  You must quickly gain the trust and confidence of the top team and be able to liaise effectively at all levels. 

You are administratively strong, are able to handle changing priorities, discrete projects, complex diary management, along with travel and accommodation arrangements,  You are IT literate, database and digitally smart and fully versed in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.  You can manage multiple email accounts, including the CEO’s mail box. You have experience in drafting papers, communications, presentations and agendas and will have taken part in or chaired meetings, providing support as and when necessary by taking minutes and tracking actions.  You are the central point of contact for the CEO and his Executive team.  You can manage a Business Support function and have previous office management experience including having a sympathetic approach to grade II listed buildings. You will be an integral part of the business between central services, the individual services, our Investors and the Board. You will need to understand company structure, processes, reporting, and business change.  You will be a natural project manager who can use their own intellect and initiative but stay within the guidelines. 

The Person

We are looking for a team player who thrives in a high pressured and fast paced environment with the ability to multitask and prioritise their workload. You are likely to be a Business Studies Graduate or even have an MBA along with some corporate and legal exposure or alternatively you will have 5 years or more experience working as a senior level Executive Assistant.
