Business Transformation Project Manager

Salary - up to £55,000 per annum dependent on skills and experience

Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (flexibility needed for workload)

This is a great time to join Exemplar Healthcare as we embark on our exciting growth plan and deliver the supporting transformation programme.

The successful Project Manager will join an existing Transformation Programme team and oversee a number of key projects from process simplification to implementation of new systems (for example a Document Management system).

Projects within the programme focus on supporting and underpinning our significant organic growth plans, delivering the highest care quality, colleague satisfaction and retention, and occupancy levels.

This role does not require you to have experience within the industry, we will provide the insight and training required to understand the unique nature of our business.

We operate predominantly within a waterfall framework, but adapt our style and approach to suit the work, drawing from a varied suite of methods and experience in order to ensure successful and appropriate delivery.

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

  • At least 3 years end to end change management experience, in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proven track record in delivering business change or system implementations using predominantly waterfall methodology.
  • The ability to gather and translate complex requirements to all areas of the business and all levels of computer literacy
  • A high level proficiency in all MS packages and planning
  • A high level of emotional intelligence
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • An ability to collect, analyse and interpret data
  • A willingness and ability to be adaptable and willing to support others in line with our TEAMWORK value
